After a brief stint as the tag team partner of X-Pac, Kane found renewed success alongside his brother. Together, the duo was known as the Brothers of Destruction. The Undertaker had undergone a recent transformation into his American Badass persona, and Kane had evolved a bit, as well. The partnership led to various feuds, most notably with the Two-Man Power Trip and later, the Alliance stable. During WCW and ECWs attempted Invasion of the Federation, the Brothers of Destruction were an integral force in keeping the Alliance at bay. Together, Kane and the Undertaker feuded with Diamond Dallas Page and Kanyon, even becoming both the WWF and WCW Tag Team Champions for a period of time. At 2001s Survivor Series event, the Brothers of Destruction played a key role in the ten-man tag match to determine which group survived. Ultimately, the World Wrestling Federation took the win and sent the Alliance packing, undoubtedly thanks to the aid of the Undertaker and Kane.
