Deep down he was a regular guy, that was who Vince McMahon was to me. Look, as time went on, Vince and I would have our differences and go our separate ways---that stuff just happens. And even at the end when he made a comment about my family that I just couldnt forgive him for---it never changed my view of him. You see, when you can get through the parody, and the facade, and the Vince McMahon that is perceived, and he no doubt helped create, you find a guy who I just think wants to be one of the guys. The Vince I remember is the guy sitting at his dining room table where we wrote TV, hair disheveled, and sweat pants. If you want me to get really raw here... there was even some man-gas spread on those special occasions! Thats the guy Ill remember, and thats the guy that Ill always love.
