One of several former WWE Champions on this list, Diesel came barreling through the World Wrestling Federation in 1993 and by the time he was gone just three short years later, the impact he would have would change the business. Diesel only appeared for a matter of minutes at WrestleMania X, being one of the few things fans don't remember about the ladder match between Shawn Michaels and Razor Ramon, since he was ejected from ringside early into the match. The next year was intended to get Diesel over as the top babyface and company flag-bearer, but Vince McMahon knew about as much as getting a babyface over in 1995 as Lawrence Taylor did about professional wrestling. Despite standing arm-in-arm with celebrities Pamela Anderson, Jenny McCarthy, Jonathan Taylor Thomas and more following his victory over Shawn Michaels at WrestleMania XI, Diesel's days were numbered specifically because of this match. By the time WrestleMania XII rolled around, the real-life Kevin Nash had already given his notice and he had one foot out the door of the World Wrestling Federation. His semi-main event match against The Undertaker would probably be Big Daddy Cool's WrestleMania highlight, but that's far from a legendary WrestleMania run. When Big Sexy returned in 2002, he didn't even get on the card at WrestleMania X8, finding himself in the familiar role of corner man for Scott Hall in his match against Steve Austin. He's a no-doubt pioneer in the pro-wrestling industry, and a trailblazing, trend-setting badass. But a WrestleMania Wonder, Diesel, aka Kevin Nash, was not.
