10 Legends Who Shockingly Invaded ECW

10. Luna Vachon

The only female to be included on our list, Luna Vachon came from a family of professional wrestlers -- including her father, Butcher Vachon, as well as her aunt and uncle, Vivian Vachon and €œMad Dog€ Vachon. Luna had a short, one-year run with WWE early in her career, but things didn€™t quite work out. Then, in 1994, Nancy Sullivan suggested that Luna try and get work with Extreme Championship Wrestling. ECW scooped up the eccentric star, and almost immediately, Luna became embroiled in the feud between Tommy Dreamer and Raven. Dreamer brought Vachon in to mess with Raven€™s head, citing her as someone from Levy€™s past -- a legitimate claim, as the two knew each other for years. During the feud, Vachon found herself competing with Raven€™s various lackeys. She most notably battled and defeated Stevie Richards in a cage match. In 1994, Pro Wrestling Illustrated placed Vachon in the 306th spot of their annual PWI 500 list -- the only female to be included on the list besides €œMiss Texas€ Jackie Moore, who had been included the year prior. Luna€™s time in ECW undoubtedly helped her achieve this honor. The eccentric women€™s wrestler would briefly compete in WCW before returning to the Federation in 1997.
