WWE WrestleMania 32 was a commercial success, but a critical disaster. It didn't leave many great memories, but it has left a lot of lessons to be learned.

Those lessons are both positive and negative. On the one hand, it is hard to criticise Vince McMahon when his company drew nearly 100,000 people to Dallas, Texas to see the show in person. There was some seriously good business done, and the lessons from that success can be applied to future megashows.

But on the quality aspect, the lessons are all ones of necessary improvement. Quite frankly, this show sucked. There wasn't one match that fans will be talking about a year from now. The Women's Title match was the best of the bunch, and it will be worth re-watching, but it's not like it was Sasha versus Bayley in Brooklyn. It was just a good match, and there'll be plenty more like it in 2016.

Elsewhere on the card, it was just woeful. Poorly-paced matches and puzzling creative was ever-present throughout the night. Raw the next night was just bad, too.

But it isn't too late to turn things around. If WWE learn from the good and the bad of this past week, and apply those lessons to the future, then the company can quickly return to being a hit with the fans.
