There are four or five iconic music venues in Glasgow that ICW have went to and sold out. From the eleven hundred people in O2€™s ABC to the almost two thousand fans in the Barrowlands, ICW are always looking to expand and when Fear And Loathing VIII was announced for the SECC, there was a skepticism of whether it would work out or if it was too ambitious.

With 27 days until the show, ICW announced on social media that the 8th annual of their WrestleMania type event had officially sold out. Four thousand people would descend upon the SECC, so naturally the question came to my mind: €œHow are they gonna top that?€.

As ICW owner Mark Dallas came out to open the show, he thanked the thousands in attendance and beamed with pride after having taken the company further than most in the building thought he could. Then that cheeky smile he€™s known for when he€™s got an announcement to make starting creeping onto his face...

He told the fans that next year in November 2016, Fear And Loathing IX would take place at Glasgow€™s SSE Hydro, an arena that can hold up to thirteen thousand fans.

The fans roared in approval at the announcement and tickets go on sale this coming Friday.

One thing's for sure - just when you think ICW have gotten as big as they can, they€™ll be right there to prove you wrong.
