10. Fans Love To Boo Roman Reigns

Let's start with one of the biggest misconceptions - and that is the notion that fans boo Roman Reigns because it's the cool thing to do!

This is WWE's party line to try and get Roman Reigns accepted as something - anything - other than the rabidly despised character that he currently is. After all, what self-respecting entertainment company focused on "putting smiles on faces" could justify positioning a near-universally despised character at the forefront of their family-friendly, babyface brand?

Fans boo Roman Reigns because they don't like him, plain and simple. Furthermore, they don't want him in the position as WWE's top babyface.

Do some fans boo Roman because they think it's "cool"? Sure. But these are the same fans that will boo any face, and cheer any heel, just to go against the grain. While these fans do exist, they are far from the majority of WWE's fanbase, thus qualifying as a misconception.

Instead of admitting failure in "Roman Reigns, Premier Babyface", Vince McMahon has arrogantly persisted with an insane, by definition, plan of continuing to push Reigns as a fan favorite, despite unanimously negative results time after time, ongoing for 3 years now.
