Last year, before WrestleMania 33, Dave Meltzer of the Wrestling Observer Newsletter revealed that once Brock Lesnar won the Universal Championship from Goldberg, he would hold it until the following 'Mania, where he would drop it to Roman Reigns in The Big Dog's once-and-for-all coronation (4realzies). Fans weren't happy about this prospect, but as WrestleMania 34 approached, and it was becoming clear the Brock was leaving to return to UFC, fans gritted their teeth and braced themselves for a Roman title run, content at least about the fact that a full-timer would hold RAW's world title.

And then Roman Reigns lost. And then he lost again. And now Brock Lesnar has not been seen or heard from in weeks.

Brock has been Universal Champion for 416 days at the time of writing this. He will easily beat CM Punk's modern day record by keeping up his brilliant strategy of not showing up to defend his title regularly.

That's horsecrap, and the fans know it's horsecrap.
