After their tag team split up, Eddie Guerrero and Rey Mysterio started what proved to be one of the best reality driven and most emotional feuds in SmackDown history.

After a series of shouting matches in which the pair bad mouthed each other, Eddie started to play severe mind games with Rey as he revealed he knew one of his darkest secrets.

In a move that some thought went too far for WWE, Eddie revealed Rey and his wife were having problems conceiving a child, leaving Rey€™s son Dominick not only adopted, but actually Eddie€™s biological child. Complicated stuff eh?

Guerrero wanted custody of €˜his son€™ so instead of taking the matter to court, the pair settled their differences in the ring with Dom€™s custody on the line at SummerSlam 2005.

Custody papers were suspended high above the ring and the pair had to climb a ladder to get them. The match itself was a classic encounter between two of the greats of the modern era.

Obviously, Rey got the emotional win and was reunited with his son Dom in a rivalry that must have tugged at the heart strings of these best of friends and their immediate families.
