Since Shinsuke Nakamura competed in his first actual match at Backlash, he was all clear to finally compete on SmackDown Live as well. His first official Tuesday night contest in WWE came in the form of a tag team contest alongside A.J. Styles.

The two faced off against Dolph Ziggler & Kevin Owens, with the latter taking Nakamura's finisher to the face. This Kinshasa put K.O. down long enough for a three count, making this the first official Shinsuke pinfall on SmackDown. That's good for some future wrestling trivia.
