8. Gorilla Monsoon Throws Bobby Heenan Out Of Raw & The WWF
Date: December 6th Watching it initially, it simply looked like the face Monsoon getting sick and tired of the heel Heenan's antics, finally having enough and physically tossing Heenan from the building, sending "The Brain" and his suitcase out into the cold New York night. In reality, it was Heenan's farewell from the company, that he and Monsoon put together. It was well done, and as a fan, you loved seeing Heenan finally get his comeuppance from Monsoon, who had been dealing with him for years without being able to react. He had planned to retire after leaving the WWF, but WCW would make him an offer, and their "perks" were too much for him to pass up. A month-and-a-half later, there he was, making his WCW debut at Clash Of The Champions 26, handling color commentary while Tony Schiavone handled the play-by-play duties. While it was nice to hear Bobby doing what he did best again, it just didn't feel right without Gorilla Monsoon sitting next to him, and he'd be the first person to tell you that.
