Nowadays, seeing a WWE main event play out without at least one wrestler crashing through a nearby table feels unique. The spot always provokes a big reaction from fans, even though it's incredibly common today. Things weren't always that way, as there was a time when the table bump was legitimately shocking.

The Dudley Boyz are perhaps the ones most responsible for making table bumps a weekly thing on WWF/WWE television. Rewind to the early years of the new millennium and you'll witness D-Von and Bubba Ray either hit a 3D or Powerbomb helpless victims through the wood on a regular basis.
