It's unlikely that any moments from Backlash 2018 could ably update this list looking at WWE's 'Most Extreme' spots in the event's rich history. Fans choosing to leave early and 'Beat The Traffic' during Roman Reigns vs. Samoa Joe doesn't exactly fit, and it's more depressing than memorable for any good reasons.
Not to worry, because there's Big Show thumping John Cena through a spotlight and Rhyno spearing a shopping trolley instead.
Anything with 'extreme' in the title is likely to peak interest and rack up the views. To date, this Backlash compilation (uploaded in early-May) has over 16 million views. It deserves it for that meaty table bump by Shawn Michaels at the hands of The Spirit Squad.
