10 Notable WWE Releases Who Are Still Available To Be Signed
There is no free agency deadline in pro wrestling, and there is a LOT of talent left on the board.
It's been a dizzying year and a half. Let's just say there's been much discussion about doors.
It started with WWE hosting their first (and hopefully only) WrestleMania behind closed doors. Shortly thereafter, WWE showed a staggering percentage of their roster and staff TO the door (somewhere in the neighborhood of 120 distinct wrestlers, on-air personalities, backstage personnel and office staff were either dismissed, furloughed, opted out of contracts or let them expire between 15 April 2020 and 6 August 2021).
Meanwhile rival promotions, particularly All Elite Wrestling (AEW) flourished by kicking down the proverbial "Forbidden Door" to collaborate with practically every company not named WWE. This open door policy allowed numerous aforementioned releases through the door--some in the same night, some 60 days early and some for the first time in nearly eight years.
With the former IIconics (now billed as The IInspiration) set to debut at Impact Wrestling's Bound For Glory PPV on October 23, It's important to remember there's still some potentially critical players who are knocking on the door.

10. Sarah Logan
The arrival of Ruby Soho at AEW All Out last month delivered a shot of adrenaline to the women's roster. On the other side of the fence, Liv Morgan seems to be carving out a niche as a fan favorite fighting to succeed in spite of the WWE Creative Team's apparent indifference. So where does that leave Sarah Logan?
Logan's final televised appearance to date was the 13 April 2020 edition of RAW, being defeated and subsequently maimed by Shayna Baszler in a Money In The Bank qualifying match. She would become part of the first wave of roster cuts dubbed Black Wednesday a mere two days later. While she might be on hiatus with her eight-month-old son at the moment, the third member of the former Riott Squad could still prove a valuable asset when the time comes.
AEW will be looking to bolster their women's division in light of introducing their new TBS Women's Championship. Having a Riott Squad member across all three major American promotions could be an interesting dynamic if Impact opts to make an offer. Even WWE has an opening to bring her back on if they so desired. 'Join(ing) the Raid' alongside her husband and Ivar as a wrestler/manager for the Viking Raiders would be too perfect to pass up.
