A Jersey Shore reject with a loud mouth, Enzo Amore has been infecting the NXT roster with his trash talking since May of last year and hes currently teamed up with Colin Cassady as part of NXTs Tag Team Tournament. While the Jersey boy gimmick isnt anything new (just check out TNA and see what theyve done with the concept,) theres just something inherently goofy about Enzo when he plays the role. Maybe hes trying a bit too hard, or maybe hes the bonafide Jersey dude with an attitude. Yet when he comes out to music entitled SAWFT is a Sin, and says lines like Bada boom, realest guy in the room, one has to question whether hes being genuine, or if hes just trying to pull off a bad Andrew Dice Clay impression. Granted, if this is all an act, then Enzo is doing a great job of painting himself to be a Jersey meat head. Hopefully this also means that Enzo will be able to evolve himself beyond the Jersey character and come up with a character thats just a bit less relatable than the trash most fans have seen on reality television.
