https://twitter.com/DeathToAllMarks/status/683954648005345280 The first and only non-title match of the show (if you don't count the dark battle royal) pitted Tetsuya Naito against Hirooki Goto. The story going in was that previously fresh-faced babyface Naito had turned heel in the least subtle way possible, i.e. growing an evil beard, donning an evil silver skull mask and allying himself with a man who is literally just called EVIL. I'm serious. Well, Goto punished Naito for his no-good ways by nearly killing him on a number of occasions. By the time he'd finally pinned the poor chap, fans were left asking 'is Naito's neck ok?!' Not only did Goto deliver a monster clothesline to the poor chap which deposited him directly on top of his head with sickening impact, but he also hit him with a sunset flip power bomb from the top rope! Just watch Naito land, right on his upper-shoulder-neck area, folding up in a limp, broken heap. Turns out being evil is really painful.
