10 Outsiders To Win WWE Royal Rumble 2020 Match
10. Matt Riddle
Admit it: The first thought that came into your head when Brock Lesnar declared himself as the number one entrant in the Royal Rumble was that Matt Riddle would be number two.
Riddle has been boasting almost since the beginning of his wrestling career that he'd be the one to ultimately retire The Beast Incarnate. He got one step closer to achieving that goal when he signed with WWE in August 2018, and at the Rumble, he may finally get his wish.
All right, so Riddle retiring Lesnar while the latter is still at his physical peak is laughable, but the sight of those two sharing a ring and trading blows would be nothing short of spectacular. If Riddle doesn't join him in the Rumble right away, then there is reason to believe that he'll enter later on so he can win the whole thing.
Needless to say, Lesnar vs. Riddle is WrestleMania-worthy. He's practically been main roster ready from the moment he joined the promotion a year and a half ago. WWE simply needs to debut him at the right time and this would be it.
Unless NXT has plans to push him as the face of their brand and dethrone Adam Cole as NXT champion, he would be the perfect person to shock the world by ridding the Rumble of Lesnar and punch his ticket to the main event of WrestleMania.
