Speaking of terrible, cliché country music theme songs (as if one wasn't enough,) lets discuss Jimmy Wang Yang for a moment. What was his character all about? Hes an Asian cowboy. Thats it. He wore the cowboy hat, the cowboy boots, and danced a country jig while this song played. There are so many questions to be asked about this theme song. Why does the song start off with the sound of a train? Why is the singer talking about "punching someone tonight" so passively? Who thought an Asian cowboy would be a big hit in WWE circa 2006? The gimmick seemed like it had been one of the leftovers from the 90s. Jimmy, real name James Yun, was a good performer in the ring, and he definitely didnt need this gimmick or this entrance to get the fans on his side. WWE should learn from their past mistakes and avoid the corny country music from now on. Seriously, has there even been a wildly successful professional wrestling country song that wasnt sung by Curt Hennig?
