10. Is This, Like, An Official Rumble?

This one doesn't really matter, to be honest. It's not as though anyone is going to lose much sleep worrying about whether is the 32nd official Royal Rumble in history, or just kind of like that one they did on Raw a few years ago with Hornswoggle and Little Mr Kennedy.

But it'd be nice to know so that we can keep track of everything. Let's say Daniel Bryan goes out there and chucks 13 of his rivals over the top rope (theoretically possible, given there are 50 entrants in total); will he have broken Roman Reigns' record of 12 in 2014?

If the match instead sits in the tradition of unofficial Royal Rumbles, then the event would surely lose some of its lustre. It would effectively be relegated to the status of a house show which happens to be going out live on the Network.

On the other hand, putting it in the same category as the two 30-person bouts we watched earlier this year rather devalues the annual January show-piece. Imagine if they had another World Cup a couple of months after the first one?
