10. A Nonsensical Opening Segment

In the build up to WrestleMania, Vince McMahon hated Shane McMahon's guts. He was intent on having The Undertaker destroy Shane, and there was no way he was going to allow his son to get control of Raw.

So what happens in the first segment on the Raw after WrestleMania? Vince hands Shane control of Raw for the night.

It made no sense, and it rendered weeks of story telling invalid. Characters have to be consistent.

Shane lost at Mania, but the way Raw played out, it ended up of zero consequence. And really, what a pointless move, as he did very little for the rest of the show as GM.
