10 Reasons Not To Lose Faith In NXT

10. The Blank Slate That Is The Tag Team Division

This might seem like a bit of a strange one as NXT's tag team division is a shell of its former self, but the lack of established teams could end up developing into a positive for the yellow brand. The glory years of American Alpha, The Revival, DIY, The Authors of Pain and all the rest are gone, but the point isn't to recreate the past; it is to create new history.

With that decidedly-Triple H proclamation out the way, where is NXT going to find teams? Well, it just so happens to have an incredibly deep and talented roster, with no shortages of options when it comes to building a tag team division. It already has champions Breezango, Burch & Lorcan, El Legado del Fantasma and the oddball team of Drake Maverick and Killian Dain, not to mention whatever remains of The Undisputed Era. Early days, but those five alone make a decent enough division. Ever-Rise (the former 3.0) are also ready and waiting for a more focused role.

Add those teams that are currently unavailable like Grizzled Young Veterans and Indus Sher, and all of a sudden you've got a much more competitive tag team division that the show is given credit for.
