It may well be the developmental house for WWE, and therefore effectively the minor leagues of the promotion, but that fact can't stop NXT from being one of the most consistently enjoyable shows under the company umbrella. There's something oddly nice about watching WWE's slick production unit turn their attention to something other than the big time shows, and it doesn't hurt that NXT houses some of the best wrestling talent in the world. Performers such as Finn Balor (Fergal Devitt), Kevin Owens (Kevin Steen) and Adrian Neville (PAC) all feature regularly, along with others like Sami Zayn (El Generico) and even the odd "WWE Superstar" shows up every now and then. NXT quickly became the show which replaced TNA's Impact Wrestling on this writer's weekly schedule, because it's such a breeze to watch - great wrestling, simple stories, and that old familiar WWE sheen make the program so much fun.
