10 Reasons Why Big Show Needs To Retire From WWE

9. It Would Be Better For His Health

No matter how much of a €˜raw-boned bastard€™ he might think himself to be, Big Show needs to retire for the sake of his own health. A lifetime of dealing with acromegaly is hard enough on one€™s body. But when that strain is coupled with the stress of being a professional wrestler, especially one with the intense work and travel schedule of a WWE Superstar, it€™s amazing Show€™s body hasn€™t shut down already. It's become obvious that the wear and tear of a 20-year wrestling career has started to take its toll on him. Show€™s already working a lighter schedule and wrestling fewer, shorter matches (for the most part). Big Show€™s 43-years-old, with joints and bones that must be screaming for a break. He really should consider retirement so that he can enjoy the rest of his life in peace, without having to ever return to the ring and exhaust his body further. Big Show has been paid handsomely by WWE, which demonstrated Vince€™s faith in and appreciation for the man. For the sake of his own health and future well-being, Big Show should stop wrestling, enjoy the fruits of his labour and pursue other ventures that won€™t damage his body as much as the life of a WWE Superstar.
