10 Reasons WWE's Brand Split Doesn’t Need Saving
10. It’s Been Less Than Two Months
The WWE Draft returned to our screens less than a couple of
months back on Jul. 19 2016. Since then, both Raw and SmackDown have staged
just six brand-exclusive shows apiece.
In the grand scheme of things, that’s really not a long enough timespan upon which to be drawing any meaningful conclusions.
In fact, in a world where the Authority ruled the roost for the better part of three years, and the Undertaker took 15 months to decide he wanted to exact revenge on Brock Lesnar for ending his WrestleMania Streak, six weeks is practically the blink of an eye.
Maybe I’m being a tad facetious with those examples but the point still stands; the Brand Split simply hasn’t been in place for long enough for us to decide whether or not it’s in need of rescue.
