SHHHH! Don't tell anyone, but Dean Ambrose could be turning heel very, very soon. Depending on what you read, plans to turn the Lunatic Fringe heel have been in the works for some time with countless online sources predicting that this Sunday's Survivor Series event could be the tipping point. **Potential spoiler alert** Ambrose could turn as part of the WWE World Heavyweight Championship tournament where it is predicted he will either face Roman Reigns in the final, or cost his former Shield brethren by interfering. However, the last few days has seen a shift in the betting market, so to speak, with PWInsider Elite claiming that there was a big push within the WWE creative team for Dean Ambrose to take the gold. Either way, it looks like a heel Ambrose/face Reigns rivalry will be taking us up to the Royal Rumble and beyond. WWE needs to fill the number one heel spot following the injury to Seth Rollins. The now former WWE World Heavyweight Champion could be out of action as far into the future as SummerSlam next year, so with the biggest season of the year coming up, WWE need someone to fill The Architect's shoes. Ambrose is an obvious contender due to the nature of his gimmick. Crazy people are more than likely to be bad guys, those are just the rules. Given that not too many other superstars' gimmicks lend themselves to being a bad guy, Dean has found himself at the front of the line. Personally, I think this would be a bad move on WWE's part due to the success (not in terms of victories mind, but that's a separate issue) the former United States Champion has enjoyed to date.
