10 Shortest WrestleMania Matches Of All Time

7. The Red Rooster Vs. Bobby Heenan - WrestleMania V (31 Seconds)

Whenever the worst gimmicks in WWE history are being discussed, The Red Rooster invariably comes up. I'm not entirely sure what it was supposed to be, other than it gave Terry Taylor the chance to have a little red bit in his hair and to strut from time to time. It had to have been a rib. Initially a heel, Rooster was allied with Bobby Heenan, who would instruct the human bird throughout his matches. Rooster eventually turned face by breaking away from Heenan, and the two had their epic showdown booked for WrestleMania V. The story works in theory, the young superstar getting his revenge against the despicable heel veteran who had slighted him, but in practice the whole thing was a joke. To compound the stupidity, Heenan actually came in the match injured after getting involved in the Ultimate Warrior/Rick Rude match earlier on the show. Needless to say, Rooster put the Brain away swiftly, taking just 31 seconds to do so after Heenan ran shoulder first into the post. It was very short, but you've gotta give it to Heenan - he could bump like a hero.
