7. Sting vs. Kurt Angle (TNA Bound For Glory 2007)
The majority of Sting's work in TNA came as an attraction, a star with considerable name recognition whose job it was to bring new eyes to the product. The quality of his work was certainly secondary to attracting fans and helping to put of the talented crop of competitors. In 2007, at the Bound for Glory pay-per-view, he proved to be as good as he ever was, motivated by the fact that he shared the ring with one of wrestling's greatest in former Olympic gold medalist Kurt Angle. Sting looked more crisp than he had in years and as a result, the match benefited exponentially. He withstood the onslaught of an Angle in his prime and managed to defeat him in what was his biggest win in the Dixie Carter-owned company to date.It was a crowning moment for Sting, a "thank you" for the continued loyalty to TNA and the hard work he had done as one of its most recognizable faces.
