If Sting were to face Brock Lesnar, there's a good chance that The Icon would require surgery on more than just his neck. Heck, he'd probably require surgery on his entire life. There are similarities between the two though, especially when it comes to opponents and matches. Brock Lesnar seems to be on something of a long retirement tour, one that will take place over a number of years as he slowly runs through a list of opponents. Like sting, he has a finite number of matches remaining, so they all must count. This is exactly the nature of this list. For both guys, it would be a case of ticking all of the dream match boxes before it is too late. Sting vs. Brock Lesnar would see two of the biggest names in the history of the sport going up against each other, and I dare say only one of them would walk out of the ring the same at the end of it.
