Finn Bálor needs something to do that isn't just having really good matches with whoever Creative throws in front of him. The same goes for Luke Gallows and Karl Anderson.

Enter Bálor Club, a posse of tough, skilled, hard-hitting competitors with worldwide experience and a mean streak. Recreating NJPW's gaijin heel faction with the members currently doing their thing in the WWE is a clear opportunity.

Motivation-wise, Finn's squad of bad boys are tired of just making up the numbers. Finn wants the title he never lost while Anderson and Gallows want to cause chaos and mayhem and maybe wear the gold again. Above all they want the world to fear and respect them. They've even got a t-shirt already.

Opposing them? An ad-hoc gathering of people they wrong along the way. There are plenty of faces surplus to current requirements who could form an alliance against Bálor Club, not least a notable one-time associate - and who doesn't want to see AJ Styles and Bálor throw hands?
