10 Strangest WWE Trademarks

10. Act Pink

Professional wrestling is the most macho of all worlds. It is a fictional show centred around violence, where competitors deal with their issues by fighting it out inside a squared circle. If a character wears pink, this pretty much guarantees that they are a heel too, because you know, pink is for girls or whatever.

Of course, this goes out of the window every October, when WWE joins forces with the Susan G. Komen charity to fight breast cancer. All complaints about the Komen charity aside, this means that for one month pink is the most ubiquitous colour in the WWE Universe.

Towards the end of October in 2013 WWE filed an application to trademark 'Act Pink', for charitable purposes. What exactly does it mean to 'act pink'? Ask the majority of folk, and they'll assume you are asking them to act in an effeminate manner. I don't think this is what they are going for.
