10 Strongest WWE Wrestlers EVER

You won't believe some of the numbers these WWE stars put up in the gym.

Every pro wrestler needs strength to function safely inside the ring. This stuff is dangerous, after all. Any number of things could go wrong at literally every moment during a match, so insane levels of power are necessary to ensure peer safety and proper move execution. That's an unavoidable fact, but onto another question.

Who's the strongest WWE star ever?

Some names and faces will be popping into your head after reading that. There are obvious candidates, and many of them will be included. However, you might well be surprised to learn about some of the numbers other, less-obvious powerhouses have been putting up in the gym over the years.

One wrestler who unintentionally meme'd himself is also here, and there's a special shoutout to someone who isn't the biggest physically but should be considered one of the strongest of all time pound-for-pound. All of these workers have one thing in common: God-given strength and enough determination to improve on already-impressive feats every chance they get.

So, who's bench pressing, squatting, deadlifting and showing off their strength with ridiculous spots during matches? These superheroes!

10. Bianca Belair

Bianca Belair's bench press number is 195lbs, her squat record is 320lbs, and her deadlift personal best is over 400lbs. If those numbers seem small by comparison to others you'll read in this article, then consider Belair's starting point. She weighs approx 165lbs. In other words, the 'EST' can squat almost twice her own bodyweight.

Plus, cast minds back to the time she carried 330lbs Otis around like a bag of sugar on WWE TV and barely broke a sweat. Otis wouldn't have been sandbagging her, but he's still a hefty dude. Pound for pound, Belair is one of the strongest to ever lace up a pair of boots for WWE. Nobody should ignore her power.

In interviews, Bianca has admitted she screws up her face when people say: 'Oh, you're strong for your size'. Her response? "Just say I'm strong and leave it at that!". So, that's what this humble internet writer will do. Bianca Belair is a freak of nature when it comes to athletics and strength.
