10. The Rock - Family Guy

With the crazy amount of cut-aways in Family Guy's 15 seasons on the air, it should come as no surprise that box office megastar, Dwayne 'The Rock' Johnson, has made a couple of appearances along the way.

However, unlike most Family Guy cameos, where the characters are voiced by other actors, Dwayne Johnson actually played himself in one episode. Even more unusually, he wasn't transformed into a cartoon version of himself either and appeared as himself, live and in living colour.

In the episode titled "Big Man on Hippocampus", Peter suffers amnesia and loses all memory of his previous life. That also included his sex life. Lois offers to "remind" him of those experiences and that's were The Rock dutifully steps in, using action figures to simulate the deed. It was a short cameo for 'The People's Champ', yet memorably played with his natural charisma and comedic timing.

The Rock's likeness also features in two other Family Guy episodes - once in Season 4 ("Brian Sings and Swings") and again in Season 14 ("Peternormal Activity") - however, neither appearance has any lines from the real Dwayne Johnson.
