8. TV Is The Main Focus

The TNA president said that as of right now, they're going to put a pause on all touring and live events and focus on strengthening their TV shows. This is a smart move because the cost of touring is immense, especially filming TV on the road, something the company learned the hard way when they left the Impact Zone and took their weekly show on the road. She says "I feel like if you build it, they will come. I feel we need to give the touring a little bit of a breather. We have done so much in prior years. We have a smaller roster than other people...it's more important that the television show gets the attention it needs and deserves and when that takes off where we need it to, we absolutely plan on touring. We need to do it right and successfully." This is a responsible outlook and shows that they've realized TNA needs to scale back and stop trying to be a mini-WWE. because such lofty goals will end them. This is a good move on their part.
