6. Fleshing Out A Women's Division

Women's wrestling has come a long way since gals were flopping around in gravy or raising heart rates by stripping one another down to their smalls. WWE and AEW proudly present serious matches that rightly promote equality, but things aren't perfect yet.
WWE tend to focus on big title feuds, which leaves the other women largely directionless. There are exceptions, of course - Mandy Rose and Sonya Deville had something going on over the summer, but they're few and far between. Over in AEW, things are even less impressive.
Other than the recent NWA integration, their women's division is woeful. Riho was a poor first champion, and characters like Hikaru Shida haven't been developed properly. It's a mess of dull personalities who rarely get enough screen time to make feuds mean anything.
