10 Things That Need To Happen In WWE Before 2018
10. Undertaker Retirement Confirmed
Ever since his supposed 'retirement' at WrestleMania 33, rumours of an Undertaker return have been flying around. He was apparently scheduled to return at SummerSlam, as he was seen around Brooklyn: that never happened. Now he is rumoured to interfere in Cena vs. Reigns at No Mercy.
To quell all these ridiculous rumours of a 52 year old man with a dodgy hip returning to wrestle another match, either WWE or The Undertaker himself must officially announce 'Deadman's retirement.
Above all, a return would just be an unimaginably bad idea. Mark Calaway just isn't in the physical condition to wrestle anymore, and this was very evident in his clunky match at WrestleMania.
However, that match did end in an emotional farewell to 'Taker, in which he left his hat, coat, and gloves in the ring. It was symbolic to say the least, and that moment would be ruined if it transpired that it wasn't even The Undertaker's actual retirement. WWE must preserve that emotional ending, and make it clear that 'Taker isn't coming back.
