10. He Is Still Bullied Online Over His Father's Actions

After the double murder-suicide committed by his father, David was thankfully able to take two months off school to process his father's passing and unspeakable actions. When asked how going back to school was, David stated that "was something. I had two months off, it was summer time. It kind of made it easier. No one really asked about it, everyone was cool about it. They showed me respect."

When David was asked if he ever received any negative comments online, he commented saying that he still gets harassed on Instagram and Twitter and has to frequently delete comments.

"If you go on Instagram live or Twitter you'll see it,"said Benoit.

When asked if David had any detractors or people who believe he doesn't deserve to wrestle due to his father's actions, David stated that every day he deals with "haters," but he doesn't let it get to him.
