2. His Thoughts On WWE’s Third Party Shutdown
WWE's decision to crack down on all third party ventures has been the talk of social media for a good while now, and Punk has been paying attention. His outlook is very simple. Why should Xavier Woods (for example) be allowed to get an outside job hosting for G4 when Zelina Vega can't have a Twitch stream?
It doesn't make much sense to Punk.
Renée agreed, and rolled her eyes when talking about WWE's weird rules for some but not others. Punk said he doesn't mean to rag on Xavier (he doesn't know Woods personally, though he does think he's a good worker), but he's genuinely intrigued to find out what the official line is on that.
Harking back to his own video game cover and pinball machine woes, Punk said that WWE seem to "funnel" everything they can towards the same few people. It's all about who they want to push, not about the bigger picture.
