Steve asked Dallas where he saw himself in terms of if his career warrants a Hall of Fame induction. DDP replies that he feels that he deserves to get in based on what he accomplished in the business and adds that if WCW had won the war he'd already be in. He says that he wants to see Michael Hayes get in something that Austin himself is practically campaigning for as well as Ravishing Rick Rude, but after those two he feels like he belongs in that next tier of inductees. Page asks if theres ever been another wrestler to win their first world title in their forties and Austin doesnt know the answer, and says that tidbit alone should garner him an inclusion. After further research, it looks like Pages claim about being the oldest first-time world champion is true - at least in the modern era - although Scott Steiner and Larry Zbysko come close in their late thirties. For what its worth, DDP is correct and absolutely does deserve a place in the WWE Hall of Fame. He accomplished more than enough in his career to be worthy of inclusion, especially considering the merit of some of the past inductees.
