10. Kurt Has Been Clean For Three Years

Kurt Angle has had many run-ins with the law over the years, and his issues with alcohol are fairly well-documented. Angle has been arrested for driving under the influence on a number of occasions, the first of which came back in 2007 and the most recent in 2013.

On a number of occasions during the podcast, Angle reveals that he has been clean and sober for almost three years now. His final arrest saw him immediately check into a rehabilitation centre, and it's good to hear that things have been clean for Angle ever since.

Angle also reveals that he took medication for years to deal with his ongoing neck issues, a need that got so bad that he eventually started taking them just to feel normal. Since he's been clean Angle states that working without them is hard, but if someone feels they need them to perform then it might be best to hang up the boots.
