At 45 years of age, Abyss (who has consistently answered questions like, "When are you going to WWE?" in interviews for well over a decade) is finally close to securing a deal.
His age makes a full-time stab in-ring unlikely, but his 20+ years of experience should come in handy at the Performance Center, in NXT and beyond. Make no mistake: Abyss has seen some sh*t, and he's got tales of Mexico, Puerto Rico and the gruelling indy scene of yesteryear under his belt.
