10 Things WWE Fans Need To Know About Brock Lesnar & John Cena's History

10. They Are Less Than Three Months Apart In Age

Brock Lesnar and John Cena are at a point in their professional careers where they are closer to the end than the beginning, but they are still in the prime of their careers. If they were playing the NBA, NFL or soccer/football they could be retired by now, but wrestling is different. The prime years of a wrestler's career are usually considered to be from their early 30s through their late 30s. Most guys wrestle into their 40s. It's just how the business is. When looking up their history there was a stat that jumped out at me right away. They're both 37 years old. Cena was born on April 23, 1977 in West Newbury, Massachusetts while Lesnar was born on July 12, 1977 in Webster, South Dakota. Their backgrounds were different. Personality wise they're extremely different since Cena is one of those guys that is full of energy that isn't afraid to tell us how energetic he is while Lesnar rarely speaks. He would rather have Paul Heyman talk for him. That's smart. No offense to Brock, but he's never been a great talker. As we've seen from them in their careers, they've done a lot of similar things and they've crossed paths in their early years too. It's only fitting that they were born within three months of each other too.
