10 Things You Didn't Know About Ronda Rousey

10. She Filed To Trademark The Phrases DNB And FTA

Ronda Rousey has been nothing if not a pop culture powerhouse since breaking into the UFC in 2013. In just a few short years, she took the fighting world by storm, became one of its biggest stars, crossed over into Hollywood, appeared on talk shows left, right and center, released an autobiography, and sold a ton of merchandise.

One of the lesser known facts about Rousey is her attempts to trademark a couple of phrases, at least one of which she is believed to have coined. That one, which became mildly popular last year, was DNB: Do Nothing B****.

What exactly is a DNB? On UFC 190's Embedded special, Rousey explained that a DNB is "a b**** who just tries to be pretty and be taken care of by someone else."Exactly the kind of woman she wasn't raised to be.

Then there's FTA, a more recent attempt at trademarking a phrase, and far less original. What does that one stand for? "F*** them all" - which Rousey says became her slogan following her loss to Holly Holm. She would go on to file five trademarks for the phrase.
