4. WWE Used To Shoot Programming There
It'd be logical to assume old programming like LiveWire was filmed in a studio somewhere then edited back at WWE's lair. Not quite. LiveWire, whether hosted by ear-ring-wearing children's TV host Todd Pettengill or Michael Cole, was shot inside HQ's master control facility.
Meanwhile, other studio inserts, such as Pettengill's goofy segments with The Giant Gonzales and others from WWF Mania, were captured in one of the smaller edit rooms. In short, WWE has always endeavoured to make the most of the space available to them in-house.
Smart move.
All those episodes of LiveWire, including Paul Heyman phoning in for a quick word with Vince McMahon, Vince Russo as 'Vic Venom' and Steve Austin cutting visceral promos on Bret Hart, happened inside Titan Towers. That puts a whole new spin on those childhood memories.
