Ah Dixie Carter. It was last year during her angle with AJ Styles (more on him later) that she debuted her new heel character. Now the heel authority figure is one of wrestlings oldest and most durable traditions. Its a proven heat seeker that has stood the test of time and always helps get a babyface over when done right (and its almost impossible to get wrong). Unfortunately Dixie just happened to reveal this new side of her character less than a month after Triple H turned heel on Daniel Bryan and formed the Authority with wife Stephanie and Kane. While Dixie comes off as more comedic than threatening, the similarities are all there. Remember when she told AJ Styles that the only reason she kept him on the roster was because he was just a little bit better than average? Sounds like another way of calling him a B+ Player. Her storyline with Eric Young is also familiar. So she doesn't think EY is worthy of representing her company? Come on Dixie don't make it that obvious!
