What a revelation Mr Brodie Lee is in AEW. Of course, anyone paying attention knew that the former Luke Harper could go in the ring but he’s proven himself an utterly compelling character.

Capable of devastating violence and terrifying bursts of anger, the man with the killer stare can also keep his composure and use his intelligence to pull the strings and take control during multi-man matches. Lee remains entirely convincing as both master manipulator and scary monster.

There is seemingly no reason why Brodie Lee couldn’t have been working this magic on Raw or SmackDown but he couldn’t do the accent Vince wanted so that was that. It’s not like they could have played to his strengths or anything.
