10 Unbelievable Wrestling Coincidences
10. Logan Paul And Seth Rollins Suffered The Exact Same Injury On The Exact Same Day
As first detected by Twitter user @RMBRTHETlME, a very creepy coincidence has unfolded of late.
On November 5, 2015, Seth Rollins fell victim to what was considered another creepy pro wrestling ephemera: the WrestleMania 32 "curse". Ahead of WWE's biggest ever show, at least insofar as attendance, several major stars were struck down by injury. Vince, desperate to make it feel enormous and too inept to get enough newer stars over, had to bring back Shane McMahon to boost ticket sales...
...all for the sake of a fake number, when the real number was a real and really impressive.
Rollins worked a house show match against Kane and, in an attempt to blast Kane through a table with a sunset flip powerbomb, tore his ACL, MCL and meniscus.
Fast-forward seven years to the day, and Paul suffered two of the exact same injuries - with confirmation still elusive that he has also torn his ACL - in his remarkably great match against Roman Reigns at Crown Jewel. Both spots involved a table and both took place overseas.
The difference is that one wrestler was working with an inanimate object, and Logan Paul had a phone in his hand.
