10. It's Jake Again
Jake 'The Snake' Roberts' darkened room promos are a weekly fixture now and while largely the same every time, they're always good, always threatening, and the legend always endeavours to push the Cody vs. Lance Archer programme forward.
Roberts opened this week's show. He called Marko Stunt an idiot for thinking he could step to Lance last week, compared facing his charge to leaping in front of a train or skydiving without a parachute, then suggested Cody might throw his bout with Shawn Spears to avoid facing 'The Murderhawk Monster' later down the line. Was Cody a man or a mouse? We'd find out.
These things always come across well and with Jake stuck in quarantine, they're likely all we'll be getting from him for the foreseeable future. Fortunately, big Lance is more than capable of powering forward alone.
