This week's episode of Impact Wrestling had a lot to talk about coming out of it. Given we've got a pay-per-view coming up two weeks from Saturday, a stacked pay-per-view at that, then it can only be a good thing to have so many talking points out of a two hour programme.

After all of the news that came out last week regarding the status of the World Championship heading into Slammiversary, answers were expected here, which we didn't have to wait long to receive. Impact management did what they've been doing best as of late: offering a tease in the form of a mystery participant in the rearranged four way match for the vacant title. With the rest of the teases they've been providing us with of late, the list of names can be narrowed down to some very interesting individuals.

Elsewhere on the packed episode, Chris Bey and Kiera Hogan picked up wins against Suicide and Havok respectively as they look ahead to their scheduled matches for Slammiversary, The North found themselves coming up against an unlikely alliance with a World Tag Team Championship match signed for 18 July, we finally found out the identity of Trey's mystery attacker after just under a month of fingers being pointed, Tommy Dreamer laid out an early contender for promo of the year towards Moose - and so much more.
