WWE is f*cking magic sometimes, and don't let anybody - not even WhatCulture.com's Great Men(TM) - tell you that you can't like something if you do. Your writer and others on this site like having the opportunity to argue a point, but would never aim to profoundly flatten something without cause or justification.
Yet, that's exactly what happened to The Rockers here, and the mismatched quartet almost stole the show with it.
Shawn Michaels and Marty Jannetty weren't just battling the size of The Twin Towers, they were using double dropkicks and flying fistdrops trying to smash perceptions of the the size discrepancy. Said road was long and arduous, and this 'Show Of Shows' screamer wasn't quite their night to break through.
They were trying to force a crack in the foundations of the house Vince McMahon built. They were in Atlantic City but it may as well have been Las Vegas - the house always wins.
