10 Ways To Improve & Innovate The WWE Network

5. No More Derivative Countdown Shows

WWE has always been obsessed with countdown shows. Whether it's on their YouTube channel or the WWE Network, the countdown show is the most tired and played-out concept for a television show ever. In 2014, the WWE produced several shows exclusive to the WWE Network and the first was called COUNTDOWN. Wow, very original. Did I mention their show titles suck? In 2015, COUNTDOWN returned for a "second season", but then was eventually replaced by another countdown show. This time it was called "The WWE List", another gem of a title, and the basic concept was the same. Certainly, the countdown show theory will survive like a Twinkie for another ten years in the land of WWE as the company will just repackage the show with different graphics and titles and call it "new". Countdown, List, what will they name season four? Instead of using The 10 Count, Last Show Standing or another wrestling-influenced title, my money's on "Best Of". That'll bring in the subscribers! Seriously, guys, cool it with the countdown shows.
